Ramzi Saidani is an experienced supply chain engineer currently working at DELTA CUISINE since September 2015, responsible for maintaining material availability within budget constraints while minimizing stock value. Previously, Ramzi improved the OEE indicator in the cutting area at LEONI TUNISIA during a project completion in early 2015, utilizing SMED and SIGMA tools. A short internship as a technician at Fuba Printed Circuits involved implementing a 5S organization system in a production unit. Ramzi holds a principal engineer degree and an engineering diploma in industrial engineering from ENIB - École Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Bizerte, where formal education was completed between 2012 and 2015.
