Nancy Ohle has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the HR Consulting Director at Lansing Community College since April 2009. In addition, Nancy has held the position of Senior Training Specialist/Consultant at Delta College Corporate Services since 1996, focusing on leadership development, strategic planning, and facilitation for both domestic and international clients. Prior to this, Nancy was the President of PT&DR from 1987 to 2009, where responsibilities included consulting on problem-solving strategies and developing workforce training programs. Nancy also contributed as an Instructor in the Business Division at Delta College from 1982 to 1987. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Central Michigan University and a B.S. in Management with a focus on Marketing from Illinois State University.
