Koenraad van Zijl is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Consultant Global Communications at Delta Air Lines since October 2024, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Previously, Koenraad held key positions including Director of External and Internal Communications at SkyTeam, where responsibilities included enhancing customer journeys for an international airline alliance, and Senior Media Relations & Corporate Communications Strategist at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. Koenraad also served as a board member of the Corporate Communications Advisory Board for the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce. Additional roles include managing director at Weber Shandwick, interim roles at NIBC Bank, Schiphol Group, and a guest lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Leiden. Koenraad holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Leiden University.
