Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, a position held since April 2003, specializing in clinical documentation and bedside education. Prior experience includes serving as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application in a level one trauma center, and as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on the modeling of clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Additionally, Charlene has experience as a Staff Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
