Pedro Lucena currently serves as the Assistant Director of Plant Operations at Delray Medical Center, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Pedro was the Director of Security at Delray Medical Center from February 2020 to September 2022 and held the position of Director at G4S from October 2019 to February 2020. Pedro's experience also includes working as a Buyer at CarMax between April 2017 and February 2019, and a lengthy career with the U.S. Coast Guard from April 1997 until retirement in June 2017. Pedro earned a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from South University between 2018 and 2019.
