Jayan Nair is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Lead Consultant for Collaboration and Security at Delphi Consulting Middle East since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jayan held the position of Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft from October 2021 to July 2023, and served as an Exchange Server Administrator at IBM from November 2016 to October 2021. Jayan began a career as an Exchange Administrator at Wipro, working there from August 2010 to November 2016. Jayan's experience includes various roles, such as Support Engineer, Escalation Engineer, Trainer, and Technical Lead. Jayan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed in 2009.
