Cleopatra Putri is currently working as a People Partner at DELOS, where Cleopatra previously held the position of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Cleopatra gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Fischer and Partner Indonesia. Cleopatra also has hands-on experience in reservoir engineering through internships at Rock Flow Dynamics and PT Rigsis Energi Indonesia, as well as being a Reservoir Engineering I Lecturer Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung. Additionally, Cleopatra has been involved in training programs for students at ITB and holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the same institution.
