Paquilla Jones is a civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering. Currently employed at Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered since March 2021, Paquilla manages transportation issues across various development types, focusing on traffic impact studies, traffic control plans, and roadway engineering. Previously, as an associate at Wells + Associates, extensive work included managing transportation challenges for residential, commercial, and community projects. Earlier roles included positions at Stantec Consulting Services Inc. and the District Department of Transportation, where involvement ranged from civil design and traffic management to project scheduling and regulatory research. Paquilla holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation and Structural Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, both from Howard University.
