Steve Paola is a Principal at Deloitte since February 2020, leading Software driven Human Capital solutions. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Director, specializing in Human Capital Software led solutions. Steve's past experience includes serving as Group General Manager HR Consulting at Davidson and various roles at Korn Ferry from March 2004 to April 2018, including APAC Delivery General Manager and National Client Business Manager, managing a team of Account Managers covering numerous clients and HR categories. Earlier career experience includes positions as an HR Generalist at Accenture and the Department of Human Services in Victoria, Australia. Steve holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University.
