Safia Moncera, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within Deloitte, where tenures span from May 2009 to the present. Currently serving as a Talent Business Advisor, Safia provides strategic HR consultative services supporting Bay Area and Hawaii practices. Previous roles include Lead Talent Business Analyst, supporting over 1500 leaders in the Audit practice, and Senior Resource Management Specialist, responsible for deploying over 300 professionals to client teams. Earlier experience includes the positions of Talent Specialist and HR Administrator at Deloitte & Touche (M.E.). Safia holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and an Honours BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
