Ron Smalec is an experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in the field of technology and software development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Specialist Leader at Deloitte since September 2000, Ron has demonstrated significant leadership and technical skills. Prior to Deloitte, Ron worked as a Sr. Programmer at BMO Harris Bank from July 1997 to September 2000, and as a Visual Basic Developer at TSI International from May 1995 to July 1997. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Elmhurst University, which was completed between 1993 and 1995.
