Krystal Saucedo, PHR, currently serves as a Manager in Learning and Development at Deloitte, where responsibility includes leading the design of the new hire experience. Previous positions included Training Manager at La Costa Resort and Spa, General Manager at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, and Area Field Training Manager at The Cheesecake Factory, showcasing a strong background in training, development, and operational management. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business.
