Florence E. Larson serves as a Board Member of The Seattle Public Library Foundation, contributing to the Governance Committee and EDI Taskforce since March 2022. Currently, Larson works at Deloitte as Program Director for the Equitable Board Network, focusing on the Black Boardroom Initiative aimed at increasing Black executives in corporate boards. Previous roles at Deloitte include Program Director and Program Advisor for the OnBoarding Women program, which seeks to elevate the number of women on corporate boards. Larson's experience extends to Microsoft as a Senior Communications Consultant and McKinsey & Company as a Market Researcher. Larson’s educational qualifications include a Leadership Coaching certificate from Rutgers University, law degrees from The College of Law in London, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of York.
