Theo Slaats is an accomplished leader in the consulting and digital transformation sectors, currently serving as the Asset Leader of Deloitte's Software Business for Deloitte (Consulting) NL & NSE since January 2022. Slaats holds multiple roles at Deloitte, including Partner at Deloitte Digital Netherlands and Deloitte Consulting B.V., where expertise spans CRM, Pricing, Marketing Automation, and technology-driven innovation. Slaats also serves as the CIO for Deloitte Netherlands, overseeing IT and workplace services for 5,500 employees. In addition to a consulting career that began in 1998, Slaats is the owner of Berrege Consulting BV, a management consulting firm, and was a founder of Inbound Optimizer, which specializes in inbound marketing and sales solutions. Educational qualifications include a Doctorandus in Information Management from Tilburg University, supplemented by executive education at prestigious institutions such as IMD and London Business School. Slaats has actively contributed to the field by serving as a jury member for the Dutch CRM Associationā€™s CRM Award and continues to influence the basketball community as the chair of Basketball Club Utrecht Cangeroes.
