Teju Deshpande is a principal in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Legal Business Services practice since August 2021, where innovative solutions are provided across the legal function through a global multi-disciplinary approach. Prior experience includes founding Oya Solutions and serving as CEO from February 2019 to August 2021, and holding the position of Managing Director at Morae from October 2015 to January 2019. Teju was also a co-founder and Vice President of Marketing and Client Solutions at Mindcrest from 2007 to 2015, and a Strategic Planning Manager at Sun Microsystems from 2003 to 2007. Earlier, Teju co-founded Mindcrest again, serving as Vice President of Technology from 2001 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Santa Clara University, an MSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida State University, and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
