Peter Conroy is a prominent leader in transformation and digital initiatives, currently serving as the Managing Partner for Transformation at Deloitte since July 2002. With a focus on aligning Enabling Functions with the UK Firm's strategy, Peter drives key strategic priorities such as digital adoption, cost efficiency, and employee experience. Previously, Peter held several roles at Deloitte, including Partner leading the digital transformation program, Partner and CFO of Consulting, as well as leading various application delivery practices specializing in ERP transformation across the Private Sector. Peter's extensive career includes experience as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen in the Oracle Applications practice and significant roles at MyTravel and Thorn EMI Electronics, where expertise in program and finance systems management was developed.
