Nicole Patterson is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, where since June 2013, the focus has been on consulting with clients to transform their global workforces. Nicole has extensive experience with Deloitte, holding various leadership roles from April 2004 through June 2013, including Managing Director and Manager, and has a background in change management consulting across industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, Nicole co-founded CUBIS Group, Inc., a management training company dedicated to teaching leadership skills through experiential learning. Nicole began their career at Deloitte Consulting as an Associate Consultant, advising on process and operations redesigns. Educational qualifications include an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree with honors in Political Science from UCLA.
