Michelle Gauchat is a Principal at Deloitte, where since September 2007, extensive experience in strategy and operations has been demonstrated through various roles, including Senior Manager and Manager. Michelle has led engagement teams to deliver solutions in areas such as operating model design, performance measurement, and post-merger integration. Previously, at First National Bank of Omaha, involvement in strategic projects was highlighted through a role as an Internal Consultant, focusing on post-merger integration. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and two additional degrees in Rhetorical Theory and Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and SUNY Brockport, respectively.
