Martin Jermyn is the UK Oracle in Private Sector Industries Leader at Deloitte since February 2011, where expertise spans ERP, EPM, Analytics, HCM, Tax, and Risk & Controls to drive transformation programmes in the private sector. As a director, Martin specializes in collaborating with CxOs to enhance real-time information flow, enabling stakeholders to improve performance through advanced technologies and optimized processes. Previously, Martin led Deloitte's EPM practice in the UK and throughout Europe and the Middle East, guiding over 800 professionals in achieving business performance excellence. Prior experience includes roles at EY and the Financial Services Authority, starting as an associate and advancing to senior consultant. Martin holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham.
