Maria Demeke is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting, where since September 2010, Maria has led human capital and strategy engagements for a diverse array of clients, including U.S. private, non-profit, and public sector agencies, as well as international clients across multiple regions. With previous experience as a Senior Manager and Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Booz Allen Hamilton respectively, Maria has spearheaded complex transformations for multi-lateral organizations and federal financial institutions. Additional roles include Fellow at the Council of Women World Leaders, International Affairs and Trade Analyst at the US Government Accountability Office, and Consultant at the Center for Development Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Africana Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
