Joanne Stephane is a seasoned professional in HR transformation and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), currently serving as Principal and Executive Director of Deloitte's DEI Institute since August 2012. With a background that includes leadership roles at IBM, PwC, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Joanne has extensive experience in strategy, organization change management, and workforce management, consistently meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets. Joanne holds an MBA in Management from NYU Stern School of Business and has completed additional studies in coaching at Columbia University and executive education at Harvard Business School.
