Jenna Flack has extensive experience in management and coaching, currently serving as a Manager and Greater Washington Chief of Staff at Deloitte since April 2017. In addition to roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte, Jenna also coaches elite competition dancers at Barre None Dance Company and previously at Born 2 Dance Studio. Prior experience includes various positions at Capital One from July 2013 to April 2017, focusing on corporate diversity and inclusion, and agile delivery transformation. Jenna's early career includes a dance instructor role at Regency Dance Academy and an internship in human resources at MeadWestvaco. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Richmond, where involvement included positions as a Resident Assistant and Human Resource Intern.
