Jared Weintraub, PhD, SPHR, currently serves as Manager in People Analytics & Research at Deloitte and is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching courses in Organizational Psychology. As the Founder of The Flow Group, LLC, Jared specializes in career, performance, and leadership coaching, alongside research in psychological flow. In addition to holding the presidency at the Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology, Jared has held various academic roles at Montclair State University, Fordham University, CUNY School of Professional Studies, and Hofstra University. Previous experience includes a position as Director of Sales and Organizational Development at Buncee and a Junior Business Analyst role at BTS. Jared holds a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Music Management from the University of Delaware.
