Glenn Carroll is a Principal in the Life Science practice at Deloitte Consulting, where expertise spans over 20 years in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology consulting, focusing on strategic and operating model engagements. With significant experience in Compliance, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance, Glenn leads Deloitte’s Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs practices. Prior to Deloitte, Glenn served as a Managing Consultant at WCI Group, advising Life Sciences clients on lean compliance in supply chain, quality, and pharmacovigilance. Additionally, Glenn worked as a Process Development Manager at Procter & Gamble. Glenn holds an MBA in Advanced Strategic Analysis from Imperial College London and a BE in BioChemical Engineering from University College Dublin.
