Emmy L. is a seasoned professional in the field of accounting and tax compliance, currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since May 2021, focusing on M&A due diligence and post-transaction assistance. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Staff at EY from July 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included credit and incentive analysis, tax compliance, and preparation of Tax Quality documents. Emmy has also contributed to the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School as a coach and teaching assistant, and has held various internship positions, including due diligence intern at EY and financial advisor intern at Edward Jones. Emmy holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with minors in Mathematics and Statistics Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
