CA Mihir R Agrawal is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, joining the firm in January 2023. In this role, Mihir is involved in the Cycle Based Analytics Core Team, focusing on the management and training of new staff for Cycle Based Analytics Procedures applicable to US Audit Engagements, as well as standardizing processes to align with Deloitte Quality Guidelines. Mihir also contributes to the Engineering & Construction Specialist Audit Team, applying ASC 606 guidance for revenue recognition in construction contracts. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Executive at EY from September 2018 to December 2022, where Mihir specialized in auditing and compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, and other regulatory requirements. Mihir has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounts & Finance) from Indira Gandhi National Open University and has completed training with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
