Bill Fera is a Principal at Deloitte since December 2016, focusing on assisting hospital networks and integrated delivery systems in improving their information technology investments to support value-based payment strategies centered on patient care. Previously, Bill served as a Principal and Executive Director at EY, where responsibilities included developing clinical information technology strategies for hospital systems and helping payer clients with population health strategies and analytics. Bill's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Medical Technologies at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, co-founding an international consulting firm specializing in clinical information technology at Misys Healthcare Systems, and practicing medicine in various capacities at Deer Lakes Medical Associates and Renaissance Family Practice. Bill Fera completed medical training at Drexel University College of Medicine and holds degrees from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania.
