Abby Ruiz de Gamboa is a Principal in the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte Consulting, with a focus on the Health Plan industry sector, serving in this capacity since August 2004. Prior to this role, Abby worked as a Senior Consultant and Senior Product Designer at American Management Systems from August 1999 to July 2002, where responsibilities included design and testing for the Momentum Baseline software package. Abby holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (2002-2004) and a BA in Economics and English from Colgate University (1995-1999).
