Andrew Griffin has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andrew started their career in 1999 as a Toolmaker at Lapple Irl Limited, where they gained experience in different departments and specialized in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. In 2005, they worked at Autolaunch Ltd, contributing to the setup of equipment and systems as part of the Magna group. Andrew then joined Delmec Engineering in 2007 as a Structural Engineer, designing and manufacturing broadcast towers for the telecommunications industry. Andrew also worked as a Senior Project Manager and General Manager during their time at Delmec. Additionally, Andrew served as a Lecturer at Carlow Institute of Further Education and as a General Manager at Cinergy Ltd, focusing on green energy solutions for the telecoms industry. Currently, Andrew is the Head of Product Development at Delmec Engineering.
Andrew Griffin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Sligo in 2005, with a focus on Tool Design & Tool Making. Andrew then pursued further education and completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Beng) from Edinburgh Napier University between 2005 and 2007. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Technological University Dublin and obtained a Diploma in International Sales at Level 9. Andrew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Institute of Technology, Carlow between 2015 and 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
