Me Michael Kozub’s principal areas of practice are securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law. Me Kozub acts for issuers, investment dealers and investors, and he advises clients in connection with a variety of matters, including equity and debt financings, going public transactions, equity and debt restructurings, corporate reorganizations, asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial agreements.

Me Kozub also provides advice and assistance to reporting issuers on their on-going corporate governance, continuous disclosure and other corporate and securities law obligations.

Prior to returning to private practice, Me Kozub served, for a number of years, as General Counsel to a mineral exploration company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He now advises clients across a range of industry sectors, including mining, resource exploration, cannabis and financial services.
