Stefania Paliani is a Senior Director at Dell Technologies, responsible for leading the Order Management and Account Receivables experience for Dell Digital since September 2003. Stefania has extensive experience in project management and IT leadership, previously serving as IT Director for Order Management, overseeing demand and delivery of internal systems across multiple regions and business units. With a strong background in Agile transformations and implementing Oracle Business Suite, Stefania has contributed to significant global projects and enhancements within the organization. Prior to Dell, Stefania held roles at Oracle Italia as a Principal Consultant and at GEC Marconi Communications as an Oracle Software Engineer, building expertise in software development and project management. Stefania holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Genova.
