Shalender Kumar has a diverse professional background with experience in senior management and advisory roles, including positions at Dell Technologies as a Senior Management Advisor and Management Advisor, and at FedEx as a Specialist. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and as an Engineer at IJM INDIA Infrastructure Ltd. Shalender holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operation Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, completed from 2011 to 2014, and participated in a program as a City Environment Surveyor focused on Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering through the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change in July 2018.
