Luciana has a robust background in technology and project management, currently serving as a Tech Lead at Dell Technologies since December 2021, focusing on data science and machine learning initiatives to enhance supply chain management. Previously, Luciana held multiple product management roles within Dell, driving IT data transmission and implementing demand planning initiatives. Prior experience includes optimizing IT self-service support at Deutsche Börse and managing an IT helpdesk at PRIME & HILLS ENERGY SERVICES LIMITED. With an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Munster Technological University and a BSc in Computer Science from Bowen University, Luciana is further pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Sciences at University College Cork.
