Joyce Ryu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise service management, business process excellence, and IT digitization, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Dell Technologies since October 2010. In this role, Joyce acts as a business relationship manager for Strategically Aligned Businesses, driving top-line growth and strategy through the adoption of Dell's Digital IT services. Previous positions include leading IT quality services, managing cross-functional improvement initiatives, and developing best practice standards during a tenure at Mercer as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Joyce has also contributed to process management efforts at Fidelity Investments. An accomplished violinist, Joyce performs with the Rhode Island Philharmonic and Springfield Symphony, holding degrees in English and Violin Performance from Tufts University and the New England Conservatory of Music.
