Haitham Rashwan, PhD, serves as the Field CTO of EMEA Cybersecurity Services at Dell Technologies since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Principal Consultant for the Adversary Group at Secureworks, and Senior Security Consultant at IBM United Kingdom, focusing on cybersecurity assessments across various sectors. Haitham has also held positions as a Penetration Testing Consultant at 7Safe and Sec-1 Ltd, where training in ethical hacking was provided alongside penetration testing services. Academic contributions include research in geo-encryption as a Research Fellow at the University of Surrey and work on cryptographic algorithms as a Research Assistant at Lancaster University. Haitham holds a PhD in Security of Mobile Communications from Lancaster University, an MSc in Network Security from Loughborough University, and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from De Montfort University.
