Anand Joshi is an experienced professional in software engineering with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Dell Technologies since June 2003. In this role, Anand focuses on defining data and digitalization strategies aligned with business objectives, leading the Data Operations team to enhance data-informed decision-making. Previous positions held at Dell include Platform Software Architect, where Anand managed platform firmware architecture for Dell Precision workstations, and Release Manager, overseeing the development of LifeCycle Controller for Dell servers. Additionally, as an Engineering Lead, Anand contributed to the UEFI strategy for Dell PowerEdge servers. Anand also served on the Board of Directors for the UEFI Forum from 2017 to February 2023 and has experience as an Engineering Lead/Manager at American Megatrends Inc. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University.
