Amaan Gokak is a skilled Backend Engineer currently working at Kabam since May 2023, with prior experience as a Software Developer specializing in HANA & Analytics at SAP from September 2021 to September 2022. During the tenure at SAP, Amaan contributed to the development of a Java-based microservice framework utilized by over 60 microservices, implemented x509 certificate authentication, integrated Hashicorp Vault for secret management, and managed deployments on Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes. Amaan also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where the development of Nuteach, an interactive learning platform, was undertaken, and previously co-founded PathVisor, a startup aimed at aiding high school students with university applications. Amaan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2022.
