Florian Wagenschwanz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy and operations, currently serving as VP Quick Commerce at Delivery Hero SE since April 2016. In this role, Florian has held various senior positions, including Sr. Director for Quick Commerce Data Analytics and International Markets, leading strategic projects, business performance management, and budget planning. Prior to this, Florian was Regional Head of Dmarts at PedidosYa, successfully launching the dark store business across six countries. Additional experience includes a tenure as Director of Business Development at Wine in Black GmbH, where Florian developed internationalization strategies and improved CRM processes, as well as consulting roles in market research and project management. Florian holds both a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, with international study experience in Chile.
