Khristen Holmes, PhD, MPA, FCCM, currently serves as the Impact Manager of the Equitable Outcomes Team at Delivery Associates, focusing on strategy and implementation to improve mental health service delivery in the community. With extensive experience in project management and community health initiatives, Khristen has worked with organizations such as the African American Wellness Project, where project management skills were utilized to enhance collaboration and resource sharing. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Everly Health, where process improvements for lab operations were strategized, and Community Benefit Program Coordinator at AdventHealth, where implementation strategies for community benefit teams were developed. Khristen holds a PhD in Public Affairs from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Florida State University.
