Paddy Quinlan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategy roles at Deliveroo since April 2017, progressing through various titles including Senior Regional Manager and Head of Performance & Strategy. Prior to this, Paddy served as UStart Manager at DCU Ryan Academy, leading Ireland's first student accelerator focused on fostering sustainable and scalable business development among entrepreneurial students. Paddy also coordinated projects for Propeller, an acclaimed accelerator ranked 7th in Europe. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Dublin Business School.
