Julia Anduiza is an experienced professional in the compensation and rewards field, currently serving as a Compensation Specialist at Deliveroo since March 2021. Julia has also held the position of Compensation Analyst at the same company. Prior to Deliveroo, Julia was a Fellow with The NEF+ Programme at the Centre for Entrepreneurs from September 2021 to March 2022. Julia's career includes a significant tenure at Revolut from August 2018 to March 2021 as a Reward Manager and Talent Coordinator. Earlier roles include Consultant and Operations Coordinator at Angela Mortimer Group from January 2017 to July 2018, where Julia was elected as Ops Team Leader. Julia holds a Master of Chemistry degree from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2015.
