Fay Simos has extensive experience in writing and customer service, currently serving as a Writer/Author at fontiniesILLusions since January 2002, where responsibilities include organizing and assisting customers. Since January 1997, Fay has also worked as a Personal Shopper/Assistant in a self-employed capacity. Previous experience includes a Retail Stock Clerk position at Meijer clothing retail from April 2014 to May 2016. Fay holds an Associates Degree in Business/Commerce from Oakland Community College, studied at Wayne State University from 2014 to 2015, and has further educational involvement at Wayne State University.
