Boyana Mancheva is a Senior Marketing Automation Engineer at Deliveroo since June 2021, following a role as a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot Consultant at Capgemini from September 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, Boyana served as Head of Marketing Automation at Ceterna, where responsibilities included training the marketing automation team and managing various projects. Boyana also held positions as a Marketing Automation Consultant at Ceterna, a Marketing Executive at Forth Communication Ltd, and an Operations Coordinator at Flavours of Italy Ltd. Boyana holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Travel and Tourism from the University of Bedfordshire.
