Vaughan Ashe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Head of Delivery at Delinian, where they led and managed a team of software developers and testers to build innovative and optimized software solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Development Manager at hibu/Yell, where they focused on developing and maintaining productive software and managing onshore and offshore development teams. Vaughan also worked as a Technical lead .Net Developer at Fourth Hospitality, a Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Enrich Reward, and a Sr. Programmer/Analyst Contractor at NewDatum, where they worked with virtualization software. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Spargonet, Trane, Tshukudu, Metropolitan, and Investec, gaining experience in various programming roles.

Vaughan Ashe completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg from 1991 to 1994. From 1999 to 2001, they earned certifications in MCPD/MCTS/MCSD with a focus on IT from an unspecified institution. Vaughan also attended Queens High from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a high school diploma. Additionally, they obtained the MCPS certification from Microsoft in 2012.
