Bart Whatley is an experienced architect and design professional based in Austin, Texas. Since 2009, Bart has served as Principal at Delineate Studio, which provides comprehensive architectural and urban design services. Prior to this role, Bart contributed to the City of Austin as a member of both the Austin Design Commission and the Austin Downtown Commission from January 2008 until April 2023. Bart's prior experience includes an associate position at Dick Clark Architecture from November 2006 to November 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
