Ratika Jhamb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Delinea since May 2022, Ratika previously worked as a Technical Consultant at Vonage from June 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining long-term client relationships and demonstrating technical expertise. Prior to that, Ratika held the position of Project Manager at Publicis Sapient from August 2006 to July 2016, where significant achievements included building an efficient QA team and managing comprehensive testing processes for new product features. Ratika's career began as a Software Engineer at Nucleus Software Exports Ltd from January 2005 to August 2006, focusing on design and implementation of infrastructure improvements. Ratika holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Delhi University.
