Jeffrey Hyson has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jeffrey started their career as a Senior Software Developer for various companies, where they provided customized software solutions for different industries. Jeffrey also served as a team leader, successfully integrating a Motorola wireless radio message switch into an existing game network.

In 2004, Jeffrey joined Abstract Engineer as a Senior Software Developer, working as an independent contractor. During their time there, they developed a custom program to automate software build and package processes, as well as adding enhancements to existing code bases.

From 2004 to 2008, Jeffrey worked for BMC Software as a Principal Consultant, supporting clients in pre/post sales engagements and delivering service solutions. Jeffrey played a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction at deployments and supporting global sales teams in winning new logos.

Starting in 2008, Jeffrey transitioned to the role of Lead Engineer at BMC Software, where they provided superior customer support for various products. Jeffrey assisted in successful customer implementations and upgrades and influenced product quality improvements.

More recently, since 2018, Jeffrey has been working for Delinea as a Principal Engineer in the Global Escalation Team. In this role, they directly work with customers and partners to remove technical obstacles and identify the root cause of product bugs and environmental issues. Jeffrey collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and strengthen product reliability.

Jeffrey Hyson has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Jeffrey also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution.
