Elizabeth Martinez has extensive experience in compliance and analysis within the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the State Compliance Project Administrator at Delicato Family Vineyards since March 2014. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of VMI Analyst at both Del Monte Foods and PepsiCo from November 2004 to August 2013 and September 1998 to October 2004, respectively. Elizabeth earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from San Joaquin Delta College between 2004 and 2008.
