Charles Hayes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Charles is currently serving as the President of the Research Chefs Association since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Culinary Innovation at Deli Star Corporation since 2018.

Charles Hayes CEC CRC completed their Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America between 1977 and 1979. Charles then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Food Science from the University of Arizona from 1982 to 1985.
