Wim Helsen is an experienced procurement professional with a background in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Procurement Consultant Indirect Spend at Delhaize Belgium since July 2016, Wim has also been the owner of W. Consultancy since September 2015. Previous positions include Procurement Consultant at SOLVINT Supply Management, Senior Buyer at Fidea, and Senior Buyer at Q8. Notably, Wim held multiple roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including Global Procurement Manager for Civil Works and Global Commodity Manager for OEM & Resale, as well as positions as Purchasing Officer and Software Engineer. Wim's educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Chemistry from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, supplemented by studies at Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen.
